Return and Cancellation Conditions

 

Every product you buy is under the warranty of the manufacturer. You can return the product you have received within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, without opening/destroying the package, without using the product. Return the product with a petition or return form that includes the product invoice and order number.

Open and check the packages you think are damaged during the shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by making a report to the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company fulfills its duty after the product is received.

The return of products that are unpacked, used, destroyed, and so on are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to them and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the goods due to use. The product price will be refunded within three (3) days from the moment the product reaches us. The product return fee to credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company has no savings.

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 2 business days. The refund for the canceled transaction will be made within 2 business days and no deduction will be reflected to the buyer unless the product has shipped in which case the shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price.

In cases where any opening, breakage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, and other situations are detected in the product and its packaging, the product cannot be returned in the state it was delivered to the customer. We will not refund the product and will not refund the cost. The shipping fee will be paid by the customer for the products returned in accordance with the above conditions. Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation, you need to call the credit card services of your bank. After the "Canceled" warning appears about your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer from. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected by your bank as a plus balance on your credit card every month.
